Change the priority of a system process

Change the priority or importance of the processes running on a device. This lets you adjust process focus to help troubleshoot issues on the device.

This feature is only available for managed Windows devices with N-able N-central agents installed.

1. Go to Views > All Devices and click the Network Devices tab.
2. Select the device Name.
3. Go to Tools > Processes.
4. Choose the check box next to each process you want to change.
5. Select Priority, and choose a priority level.
6. Choose Save.
